With 29 teams, TMLA is home to the largest all-girls athletic program in New York City. Our student-athletes enjoy a full-time Sports Medical staff, the only one of its kind for high school female athletes. Led by a dedicated coaching staff, TMLA is proud to host numerous individual and team champions on the Conference, City, and State Levels.

Nearly 33% of the school’s population participates in competitive teams. The Department of Athletics recognizes its role in promoting school pride and uniting students, faculty, staff, and alumni through shared experiences.

Our teams compete in both the Brooklyn/Queens and Nassau/Suffolk Diocese of the Catholic High School Athletic Association.
