Angelica Awards
On Saturday evening over 225 members of our TMLA Family gathered to celebrate our inaugural Angelica Awards Scholarship Gala in Brentwood. This memorable evening spotlighted the Sisters of St. Joseph's tremendous service to The Mary Louis Academy. This year we celebrated our Principals Emeritae, S. Clara Santoro, S. Joan Petito and S. Kathleen McKinney, for their dedication to excellence in education through a combined 74 years of service to TMLA. This event is named in honor of Sister Mary Angelica Clarkin CSJ, Ph.D., our founding Principal and one of the first Sisters to be awarded a Ph.D., in recognition of her vision in creating TMLA's legacy of achievement over 87 years ago.
